TRC media designs and delivers innovative and ambitious training programmes. We create these initiatives in response to clearly-identified industry needs, and in light of our own original research into future challenges for creative and business talent. Independent production companies in the nations and regions can access TRC media's facilities benefiting from a supportive environment to develop their programme slate.
The Centre houses a fully equipped office with six on-line workstations reserved for R&D activity. Many independent companies have found our faciilities beneficial in providing the right environment to help them focus on the quality and market relevance of their programme ideas.
Offering a bespoke package of support, our facilities can be accessed by start-ups, established production companies and independent producers from around the UK wishing to expand and establish a Glasgow base.
Our on-site facilities include:
- High speed internet access on each of our R&D desks;
- An extensive regulatory library including broadcasters' producer guidelines for programming and ITC codes of practice;
- Viewing Facilities. Companies can use our in-house viewing room to screen and view DVDs and tapes; and
- A multiple tape dubbing facility is available in-house.
